On June 10, 2007, Carmen Tarleton’s estranged husband broke into her rural Vermont home, beat her with a baseball bat, and doused her with industrial-strength lye.
Doctors called it “the most horrific injury a human being could suffer.”
Bless your heart. You are a hero among us!
God Bless you, God Bless You. You are truly an amazing woman – very courageous, strong. I salute you a million times. God is truly GREATTTT. You have survived a major crisis in your life. You are not bitter or feeling sorry for yourself. May you life a full and prosperious life.
Your strength explains so much to those without a voice. To give them the strength they need. I am so sorry for your suffering. You and your daughters, you are such blessings to us all. Your courage is outstanding. Your beauty goes far beyond anything this Earth could possibly see with or without eyes. God be with you, your family, your physicians and friends that have stood by you.
